At PerfumeM, your satisfaction matters to us. We understand that buying a fragrance online is a personal experience, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please note: PerfumeM sells perfumes in partnership with multiple brands. This means that certain refund and return conditions — including packaging requirements, inspection criteria, and timelines — may vary depending on the brand of perfume purchased. In some cases, brand-specific policies may override or modify the terms stated below. We will always communicate these differences clearly when you contact us about a return.

How to Start a Return

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to brand-specific requirements. To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging. All brand labels, protective seals, and packaging materials must remain intact. You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us at [info@perfumem.com]. We will provide brand-specific return instructions, including the shipping address. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (and any applicable brand inspection requirements are met), we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number. Depending on the brand’s policy, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened or used perfumes, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and customized or special-order products.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your order arrived damaged or defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Policy Changes Due to Brand Partnerships

Because PerfumeM works with multiple perfume brands, each with its own quality control, safety, and packaging standards, our refund and return terms may be updated or adjusted at any time to align with our partners’ requirements. The applicable conditions for your order will be confirmed when you initiate a return.
