Return Policy Overview

At PerfumeM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened in its original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or tested fragrances (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@perfumem.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
