Shipping Overview

At PerfumeM, we partner with authorized fulfillment centers across the United States to deliver authentic fragrances to your door. Because our products ship from multiple warehouse locations, processing and delivery times may vary by item.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (United States): 5 to 12 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 7 business days, though some items may take up to 12 business days depending on the fulfillment location and carrier workload.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@perfumem.com or call +1 (302) 307-1030 and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
